The Residents

Community

The estate is the setting; the community is the point. PRGV brings together ten accomplished gay men who value privacy and want peers rather than an audience — a small, carefully assembled group bound by discretion and mutual respect.

Ten Curated Residents

PRGV is fixed at ten residents, and the number never grows. Each place is filled by the selection committee with attention to accomplishment, temperament and how a candidate will fit the existing group. The aim is not homogeneity but compatibility — different fields, aligned values.

Most residents are founders, investors, executives and creatives between their late twenties and early forties. What they share is a certain seriousness about their work and their lives, and a desire for connection that doesn't cost them their privacy.

The Shared Table

House culture centres on the evening dinner. It is not obligatory theatre; it is simply the natural rhythm of a home where ten people who respect one another choose to sit down together. Conversations range from the ambitious to the ordinary, and relationships form at the pace real ones do.

Over time the table becomes the estate's institutional memory — where introductions are made, ideas are tested, and the group's culture is quietly passed to each new resident.

Discretion & House Culture

Discretion is the community's defining code. Residents can speak candidly precisely because nothing leaves the estate. This is what allows successful, often public, men to relax fully — the confidence that they are among people who will never trade on their confidences.

House culture rewards generosity, restraint and follow-through. Status is left at the door; character is what earns standing inside. The result is an environment where genuine friendship, rather than networking, is the norm.

The Selection Committee

Admission is decided by a selection committee rather than by first-come registration. Every candidate is evaluated for professional accomplishment, psychological maturity and alignment with the group's ethos. A written inquiry is only the first filter.

The committee's obligation is to the existing residents. A single poor fit can compromise a group of ten, so the bar is deliberately high and the process unhurried. Candidates who are not admitted are treated with the same discretion as those who are.
