The process begins with a request for evaluation — a written inquiry covering background, circumstances and intent. This first filter allows the organiser to understand who you are and whether there is a plausible fit.

Promising candidates are then contacted directly for a confidential conversation. The committee weighs professional accomplishment, psychological maturity and alignment with the group's ethos before any place is offered. Every stage is handled with complete discretion.

PRGV is in a pre-launch phase, so timelines are tied to the finalisation of the estate and the assembly of the founding cohort. Candidates should expect a deliberate, unhurried process rather than an instant decision.
