Discretion Above All

A Private Members' Residence

PRGV is a private members' residence — a discreet, fully staffed Mediterranean estate where ten accomplished gay men live as members of a single house. It combines the privilege of a private club, the comfort of a private home and the confidentiality of an institution built on discretion, with residency granted only after confidential evaluation by committee.

Private resident suite with refined interior

An institution, not an address

PRGV is best understood as a private institution rather than a property. Its purpose is to house a small, trusted community at a standard the members could not easily assemble alone.

Everything is provided: private suites, a resident chef, gym, pool, sauna, workspaces and concierge staff. But the residence exists for a subtler purpose — to give successful men a place of belonging that matches their standing.

Discretion as doctrine

Privacy is not a feature here; it is the founding doctrine. The estate is gated and unseen, the membership is confidential, and residents share a common commitment to discretion that makes candour possible within the house.

For men whose lives are public or scrutinised, that guaranteed privacy is the residence's rarest asset.

Admission by committee

A private members' residence is defined by whom it admits. PRGV reviews every candidate confidentially, weighing character, contribution and fit before extending an invitation.

The membership is capped at ten so that trust remains total and service never dilutes. Each resident is known, and each is expected to uphold the standard of the house.
