A Community of Equals
A Luxury Gay Community in Europe
PRGV is a luxury gay community in Europe built around a single private Mediterranean estate and limited to ten accomplished gay men. It exists to solve the isolation of success by assembling a small, trusted peer group who live together, dine together each evening, and share a fully staffed home — with membership granted only by committee.

The problem of successful isolation
Achievement often narrows the circle. The more a man accomplishes, the fewer peers he meets who understand both his professional world and his private life. For successful gay men, that isolation can be sharper still. PRGV was created as a deliberate answer.
The house does not sell amenities; it curates people. Ten residents of comparable standing form a community small enough for real trust and substantial enough for real range — across industries, cities and experience.
How community is built
Community here is engineered, not assumed. The evening dinner is the anchor: one table, one time, every day, prepared by the resident chef. Shared training, shared terraces and shared travel do the rest.
Because the group is capped at ten and selected with care, the culture stays coherent. Every resident is expected to contribute to the house — its standards, its warmth, its discretion.
Rooted in Europe
A Mediterranean base places the community at the centre of Europe. Residents move easily between the estate and the continent's capitals, returning to a home that stays constant while their schedules do not.
Spain's climate and coastline make the estate somewhere men actually want to be, not merely a network they belong to on paper. The community lives in one place, together.
