Pricing

The monthly residency fee begins at €4,500, with the final figure depending on the suite selected. It includes the private suite itself, all dining prepared by the resident chef, complete housekeeping and laundry, all utilities and high-speed connectivity, and unrestricted access to every estate amenity — pool, gym, sauna, wellness spaces, coworking rooms and grounds.

The household staff — chef, housekeeping, groundskeeping and concierge — serve all ten residents as a matter of course. There is no tipping culture, no per-service billing and no distinction between residents. The standard is the standard.

We price this way deliberately. A home where every service generates an invoice is not a home; it is a hotel. PRGV residents should never think about money inside their own front door.

Private suite with dedicated bathroom, furnished and maintained to estate standard. Daily dining by the private chef, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and the shared evening table. Full housekeeping and personal laundry. All utilities, climate control and estate-wide fibre internet. Access to the pool, high-performance gym, sauna and wellness facilities, coworking and meeting spaces, and all common rooms and grounds. Concierge support for daily practicalities.

Personal expenses outside the estate — travel, personal shopping, private excursions — remain the resident's own, as they should be.

The founding cohort — the first ten residents — receive preferential terms fixed for the duration of their residency, along with first choice of suites and a formal voice in shaping house rules and culture. Founding terms are discussed individually and confidentially with the organiser during evaluation.

Once the founding cohort is complete, subsequent residency (as places ever become available) is offered at standard terms from the waiting list.

Residency is a long-term commitment, not a booking. The intended minimum term is twelve months, because the community only works when its members are genuinely resident. Exact contractual terms, deposit arrangements and start dates are confirmed during the final stage of the admission process.

As with everything at PRGV during the pre-launch phase, figures on this page reflect current intentions and are confirmed individually before any commitment is made. The organiser answers all questions on pricing directly and in confidence.
