PRGV is not a property on the market. It is a conviction: that accomplished gay men, living together in an exceptional Mediterranean environment, will form something no app or club can replicate — a genuine peer group.
The waiting list forms
Interested men from across Europe join a confidential waiting list. Each completes a detailed application covering background, lifestyle, values and intent. There is no fee to apply and no commitment until the project officially launches.
Selected, not accepted
Every application is reviewed with care. The selection committee weighs professional accomplishment, personal maturity and alignment with the group's ethos. Quality is more important than quantity — and the bar is deliberately high.
Friendships form before arrival
The company curates each group with care. Members are introduced on a private online platform where they share backgrounds, interests and expectations. By the time the estate opens, they are not strangers sharing a house — they are a group already at ease with one another.
All concept imagery is illustrative. The final property will be chosen with founding members during the pre-launch phase.
The estate is chosen together
Several exceptional Mediterranean properties are shortlisted. Members compare layouts, locations and atmosphere, and the company adapts its choices to materialise the project — because the people who will live there should shape where they live.
Structure, signed and sealed
Lease agreements, insurance, legal entity formation and household contracts are completed with full transparency. Every member understands the terms, the protections and the commitments before any signature.
The estate is readied to standard
Designer furniture, gym equipment, sauna installation, enterprise internet, chef's kitchen, coworking spaces, housekeeping systems — everything is prepared before the first resident arrives. The standard is set before the door opens.
Arrival day
Members arrive with luggage and anticipation. A warm welcome, the first dinner together, the first evening by the pool. The community that formed online becomes real — and the estate becomes a home.
